Baltimore Oriole (Icterus galbula), Tucson Audubon's Paton Center for Hummingbirds, Santa Cruz County

This Baltimore Oriole was found by Kathy Pratt and photographed by Larry Pratt on 13 September 2016

A rare migrant in the state but possibly increasing, and removed from the review list in 2015. First known sighting at Paton House accord to Nick Beauregard, the Center Coordinator.

Adult males are easily separated from Bullock's Oriole by solid black head. Hybrids usually have an orange supercillium.
