White-tailed Kite (Elanus leucurus), Tunnel Reservoir, Greer, Apache County

These White-tailed Kites were found and photographed by Russ Seeley on 27 June 2016

Apparently a first record for Apache County and potentially for the White Mountain region as well.

Distintictive with gray upperparts and white underparts and black "shoulder" patch and eye patch.
