Streak-backed Oriole (Icterus pustulatus), Riverside Park, Yuma., Yuma County

This Streak-backed Oriole was found and photographed by Jim Taylor on 24 December 2015 and photographed by Henry Detwiler on 25 December 2015 and by Mark Stratton on 1 January 2016

Casual vistior, mostly in fall and winter though it has bred. Very few records for western Arizona with one prior record for Yuma County.

Heavy-based straight bill with black on underside of lower mandible, brightest "orange" on the face and particularly the malar region (in the field this glowed), white edging to the wing feathers,
