All who plan to attend the dinner need to pay in advance either online or by mail. In addition, existing members can also renew online or nonmembers can join online here. These individuals will not have to pay registration for the annual meeting.

Nonmembers who do not wish to join AZFO at this time can pay the $10 registration fee in person (at the meeting) or as part of the online registration process. Please Register in advance here.
