Eastern Kingbird (Tyrannus tyrannus), Gilbert Water Ranch, Maricopa County

This Eastern Kingbird was photographed by Tyler Loomis on 26 August 2020.

This species is casual in Maricopa County; but a rare but somewhat regular (annual) migrant in Arizona. Late August and early September is the best time of the year for this species in the state.
